Our family cabin is located just two miles from the entrance to the Yellow River State Forest off highway 76. The area is wonderful for nature hikes, wildlife viewing, fishing, and exploring the numerous local small towns in northeast Iowa and just over the border in Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin.

Amenities
Sleeping: 4 beds in three sleeping areas. One queen bed downstairs, two twin beds in enclosed loft (one is twin XL), and one queen bed in open loft. Bedding provided.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. One downstairs with standup shower, one on main floor with tub shower. All towels provided for six people.
Kitchen: Dining area with room for six. Large stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and full range of pots, pans, and baking trays. Propane grill on deck for guest use. Paper towels provided.
Technology: High speed wifi. Television in living room with Roku access. VHS player with selection of grown up and kid friendly films.
Recreation: Right outside the front door is a stocked bass pond! Please catch and release on our pond. There is a large six seater hot tub behind the cabin, an outdoor fire pit, and access to nature trails which connect to shared trails throughout the cabin development. Indoors is a wood burning stove which easily heats up the entire main floor and lofts in the winter months.
